As of today, 29 November 2012, Event Projection and Alive & Sound have fully completed their merger.
Alive & Sound was run for five years prior to its acquisition by Event Projection in 2011. The company began from its humble days as The DJ Agency, suppling artists and equipment throughout London to Clubs, Corporate Events and Private Parties. The name was changed to Alive & Sound in 2008 when the management of the time made the decision to become an all-round AV company. This flourished and the company gained some great Blue-Chip Clients, Events Companies and took on new premises in Clapham, SW London.
In 2011, the company was bought by Event Projection Limited in a deal that was brokered for the benefit of both brands. Now 18 months after the two companies have been run under the same roof by the same staff, we have made the decision to bring the whole operation under the Event Projection Banner.
Today we have said a final goodbye to the Alive & Sound website and brand for the final time. Two of the original Alive and Sound staff, one manager and one technician remain at Event Projection and as well as pushing froward with our ambitious plans for the new bigger company, we’re still here looking after many of our valued Alive & Sound customers needs.
