In December 2016 we were approached by creative studio Stink to provide our immersive projection expertise for commercial video, We Swear. Created for mental health charity MQ, the video centres around a large projected backdrop that appears to explode out. We used an enormous 15 metre wide screen and wide projection techniques to project the content, meant to convey the huge amount of information we are bombarded with in this digital era we live in. This was a prime example of just how impressive immersive technology can be.
MQ is an organisation committed to transforming mental health, especially for young people. Recent stats show that three children in an average classroom will have mental health problems. However very few have easy access to help, and research into children’s mental health is massively underfunded. We were proud to be part of this campaign, and urge you to join the movement in creating awareness of mental health. It’s time to be brave!
